— Use mild liquid detergent
— Air-dry flat, away from direct sunlight or heaters

Basic Mat (3 mm):

— Not suitable for machine washing
— Wipe gently with a soft cloth and mild soapy water
— Air-dry flat, away from direct heat sources

General care tips:

— Store rolled up with the design facing outward

— After an intense session, let the mat air out before storing

3. What is the difference between the Travel and Basic mats?

+

Travel Mat (1.5 mm):

— Lightweight and compact, folds approximately to A4 size
— Ideal for travelling, outdoor sessions, and practice on the go
— Weighs about 1.5 kg
— Machine washable

Basic Mat (3 mm):

— Classic mat for home and studio practice
— 3 mm thickness for comfort and stability
— Heavier (around 2.3 kg), stays firmly in place
— Easy to clean by hand

4. What types of practice are Nadihai mats suitable for?

+

Nadihai mats are designed for all styles of practice, including:
— Hatha yoga, meditation, stretching, Pilates
— Vinyasa, Ashtanga, fitness, dynamic flows

With strong grip and stable cushioning, they work equally well at home, in studios, and outdoors.

5. What is special about the microfiber surface?

+

The microfiber top layer combines a soft feel with excellent grip.
Its anti-slip effect activates with moisture — the more you sweat, the stronger the traction becomes.

Ideal for:
— Vinyasa
— Ashtanga
— Dynamic flow
— High-intensity practice

If your hands are dry:
— Lightly mist the mat with water, or
— Dampen your palms and feet before starting

This helps the surface “grip” immediately and keeps your poses stable from the very first movement.
