Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All refund and return procedures follow the same rules set in our Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:
— The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
— You notify us of any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
— For change-of-mind returns, you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
— The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (unless the issue concerns a damaged or defective item).

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must:
— Contact us at sales@nadihai.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
— Provide photos if the item is damaged or defective.
— Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued:
— To the original payment method
— After the returned item is inspected and approved
— Within the timeframe outlined in our Terms and Conditions

Shipping costs are refundable only if the product was defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

As stated in the Terms and Conditions, the following cannot be returned:
— Used items
— Items not in original condition
— Custom or made-to-order items engraved, or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.
— Items returned outside the approved period (including those beyond the 14-day return window)
