Delivery — Times, Responsibility and Risk

We deliver within the UK, Ireland, and most of Europe. Worldwide shipping may be arranged upon request.

Estimated Delivery Times

— UK mainland: 3–5 working days
— Ireland & Europe: 7–10 working days

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (UK time) are normally dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched within two working days.

Packaging and Dispatch

All parcels are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
We may use third-party fulfilment partners, warehouses, or courier companies to process and deliver orders.

Delivery Delays

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
— courier services
— customs processing
— weather conditions
— strikes or force majeure events
— any circumstances beyond our control

Risk of Loss

Risk transfers to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided at checkout.

Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or if the courier makes two unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. You may then choose to:
— Pay for redelivery, or
— Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, please notify us within 24 hours with photos and order details.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

If a parcel is declared lost by the courier, we will offer:
— A replacement, or
— A full refund

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
